Michelle Abreu

Michelle comes from 17 years of formal dance training, and cannot get enough of the release and bliss that dancing and the art of movement consistently brings.  She is a Zumba instructor, Buti Yoga certified and has been teaching cardio kickboxing for the past year.  She knows how important it is to shed a layer from the daily grind, and loves having the opportunity to help and positively influence everyone who comes to class.  The goals Michelle holds for her classes are for people to recognize new accomplishments in the day, within or outside of class, and to leave feeling empowered.
